Read All Quiet on the Western Front. . Study for Finals: History, English, Spanish, and Biology . Biology Extra Credit . Lose weight..and exercise more...

08:34 pm Wow. It has been a while since I have written in this journal. i need to get back to doing it everyday. Today has been an alright day. I kind of went over my meal plan on what I am suppose to eat...but I did a lot of walking when I picking up cans. Me and my 2 best friends are recycling stuff to make money and help the environment. It is very good. I might actually start picking up trash too. :) I love doing community things. It is an amazing feeling.

12:53 pm - ToDay I had a nature valley bar at school. omg. i am not having one of those ever again. 140 calories!!! geez....whatever. No one believes I have an eating disorder and my grandpa is saying it is all foolish and bullshit like i feel like i am fat. that is my feeling and it is valid.

I was wondering if anyone has advice for starting the 2468? I want to start today? How much weight do you lose? Has anyone ever gained weight from this?
What do you do for exercise on this diet?

Is anyone on the 2468 diet thing? I am considering trying it. Is there anyone one that would be willing to do it with me for the support. We call email each other or im, or text. The 200 calories isn't that bad, but 400,600,and 800 are scary for me. How much exercise should I do being on this diet? Can someone explain this diet to me? What happens??

08:37 am - I need some help! Okay does anyone have any good diets? Like I am only eating 500 calories right now, but I don't know if that is good or bad? I got out of treatment on 2/25 and i have lost 9 pounds. I can't weight myself at home because my family took the scale away and i bought one behind their back and then they took that back. The last day i knew my weight was 3/13 because i was at the doctor's. I am only 14 and i am not allowed to do anything. :( I really don't care. If anyone can give me advice and such i would appreciate it.

I am not really comfortable sharing my stats. Maybe later. I really don't know what I weight well I do but it has been a couple of days. I am 14 and went and bought a scale behind my families back and they took it away...so...I am sad. :( Them darn family. Anyway I am just new and looking for some support and making some new friends. :)

08:54 am - Today.. Today I am going to finish painting my room. I am going to exercise a lot. I don't care what people say. People have been getting on me about eating and it is annoying. Does anyone know how to trick people that you are doing better while still losing weight and eating? If you do please comment me back. :) I really need some help. Thanks! I love everyone here. 10:17 pm - Ready...SET....GO I am totally excited to be on this live journal thing. i am ready to take on everything and I will login in daily. (Just like I do on facebook and myspace) I am just waiting to get accepted into a community. I will also search around for other communities.
